All of us at Amara are deeply grateful to the Asia Pacific Cultural Center (APCC) in Tacoma for hosting an unforgettable luau for our families and community. It was a joyful evening filled with delicious food, incredible dance performances, and meaningful connection.
Our Tacoma campus came beautifully alive as the fantastic APCC staff and volunteers transformed our spaces with colorful decorations, music, and prepared a scrumptious dinner. We were happy to welcome so many families, friends, and supporters to celebrate together and to dream big about all the possibilities our property holds for the future.
We were so lucky to enjoy several amazing dance performances, including fire dances! The dancers’ strength, artistry and grace filled us with awe. A special highlight was when our CEO, Fahren Johnson, took the stage to perform—thanks to the expert coaching and encouragement from APCC’s team.
We are so thankful to everyone who made this magical luau possible. We’re looking forward to continued partnership, community, and celebration!
