Amara Support Groups - Amara

Amara Support Groups

Caring for children in foster and/or kinship care can be both rewarding and challenging. At Amara, we know that when caregivers receive the support they need, they can move forward with confidence, resilience, and hope. Connecting with a community of understanding people with lived experience can be a powerful antidote to feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

Our free support groups for foster and kinship caregivers meet monthly in person and provide a safe, welcoming space for caregivers to connect, learn, and build community. Participants will enjoy a light dinner and facilitated conversation around topics that matter to them and their families.
