STAR Youth Drop-In – Kick Off Meeting!

Are you interested in a free opportunity for youth to gather together for fun, friendship, and skill-building? On Wednesday, February 22, 2023, Amara is hosting a free drop-in event for 11-14-year-olds impacted by the child welfare system and/or adoption. Come join us and bring your kids!

Together We Thrive | Spring Luncheon

Spend the afternoon with us as we gather together in support of children and families impacted by the child welfare system. Funds raised at the event will support Amara’s programs serving kids in foster care, foster families, kinship caregivers, and parents working to reunify with their children.

Community Resource Giveaway

We’re inviting families impacted by the child welfare system to stop by our Seattle campus at 5907 Martin Luther King Jr Way S. to pick up free essential resources (e.g. diapers, children’s clothing, hygiene items, etc.) to help support their families.
